Frontline help experienced, proven social workers with good references secure the jobs that their hard work and dedication deserve. Why should a social worker with poor experience earn the same as a social worker with 5, 10, 15 years solid experience in children’s services? To be eligible social workers should have at least two years’ experience in frontline social work. Social workers with 4-5 years experience will be eligible for senior rates which are amongst the highest rates anywhere in the North-West. All candidates must be able to provide references for their last 3-5 years in social work.
