Tired of Front Line Children Services - Get into a LAC team Qualified Social Worker - Looked after Children Team Our client is an improving authority that is currently seeking a qualified social worker for their LAC team. This is an opportunity for you to join a diverse local authority, allowing to use your acquired skills within a front-line team and bring a different perspective to the LAC team. The team is continuously developing through actively implementing the ideas of staff members, extra training and working through the Signs of Safety Innovation Project. This allows you to use your own ideas to shape the way you work with the service users. About the role: It goes without saying that you will play an essential part in delivery of service, more than that though, you will play an essential part in Children's and young people's journey within the region. You will make sure that Children and Young People right across area are safeguarded and protected - promoting positive outcomes for their long term needs and journey in life. Alongside your Social work qualification, you will need to share our dedication and commitment to improving Children and Young People's lives and have the ability to make appropriate decisions with a clear analytical rational in a timely manner.
