Overview

Social Worker - Review Team - Luton - £28 - £30 per hour We are looking for a social worker to work in a review team in Luton. Previous experience within mental health, learning disabilities or older adults is preferred. In this role as a adults social worker you would be undertaking general social care assessments and safeguarding enquiries. Ideally candidates will have previous experience using Care First. Previous adults statutory social work experience is also desirable. Have a clear understanding of and experience working with Adult Social Care statutory duties under the Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act and other primary legislation and guidance including Continuing Health care. To demonstrate person centred working To facilitate and support individuals to complete a needs assessment using a strengths-based approach, which focuses on the skills and abilities, considers their networks of support both within families and the wider community.
