Role: Systems Analyst – Liquidlogic (Social Care System) Location: Luton Salary: £Competitive benefits About the role We have a great opportunity to join a small Application Support team delivering first class application support to customer / Users of the Liquidlogic Social Care System.The team has a clearly defined career path with scope to develop your career within the team structure.There is a range of technical training and support available for the successful candidate. Joining a collaborative and supportive team you will be involved in: Investigating and analysing application support issues, ranging from quick fixes, (first line support), to more complex issues that will require deeper investigation and resolution working with colleagues and across other teams Using a service desk management system to investigate and resolve all issues within defined SLA’s Assisting with the implementation of upgrades as well as application documentation, (release notes, update etc.) Attending User groups where required and meeting with customers to ensure best use of the software and provision of ongoing excellent customer service About Our Client Our Client is a leading provider of digital solutions and managed services for public sector and regulated markets.They help organisations around the world to deliver better outcomes for people and places. About you Skills and experience required: Either 2 years’ experience in an Application Support role where you can demonstrate providing first class application support to Customers and a demonstrable ability to learn new applications quickly Or 2 years’ experience as a User of Liquidlogic and a desire to move into an Application Support role supporting Users remotely Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Strong customer support skills, able to manage customer expectations Strong problem solving skills, able to demonstrate a proactive approach to resolving technical issues, as well as a logical, analytical and methodical approach Strong time management skills, able to organise and prioritise own work Knowledge of ITIL Best Practise is desirable This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89926188
