An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated individual to manage our SEND complex needs social work team. The supporting Children with Complex Needs team is an amazing development opportunity for the right individual, supporting Children with Disabilities and families in the Blackpool area. It is also a rare opportunity to work in a field of Children’s Social Care that incorporates a wide array of social work procedures that are often only seen in specialist social work teams. It would be preferable if you have previous experience of working with children with disabilities in a social work capacity, however, consideration will be given to developing the existing skills and knowledge of the right candidate. We are investing in a number of posts across Children’s Social Care to reduce caseloads and improve quality. We want the best people, with the biggest ambitions.
