Overview
Senior Software Developer Teesside £35,000 - £40,000 A successful Technology company based in Teesside are looking for an experienced developer to join their team. This is a rare opportunity to join a business as a hands on technical development specialist but who also has the autonomy to speak to clients directly (as and when required) to suggest and create bespoke applications and features to suit their requirements. You will primarily be working on bespoke applications for a key client. Part of the role will involve working on their ERP system that controls and manages stock as well as creating server side cross platform applications that are used on the floor on hand held devices. Current projects include creating a new accounts platform and working on web front end for the ERP. The current application is written in C++ but is going to be migrated to C#.NET so someone with .NET experience is ideal. If you have experience in C++ and C#.NET you will be at an advantage You will be an ideal match if you're looking for an opportunity to come up with ideas to drive strategic direction of technical projects. This role would suit a senior developer looking to step in to a strategic technical lead position while still being very hands on.
