A Senior Chef de Partie role is available at a privately owned pub located in County Durham Role: The Chef Owner of a food led pub who has a fantastic Michelin background is seeking to employ a Senior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen as the reputation of the pub as a dining destination builds and the team pushes to gain dining awards and accolades. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie to work in a kitchen where you will have lots of opportunities to continue learning whilst working with exciting local produce in a friendly atmosphere. The pub averages 30-40 covers a night with menus featuring modern British dining that follows the seasons closely. Requirements: This role would suit either a Chef de Partie or a Senior Chef de Partie with backgrounds working in kitchens where you were cooking from scratch using high quality, fresh produce.A chef who is seeking a role that will allow them to continue learning from a highly skilled Head Chef would be ideal.
