Overview
Dalton Recruitment is working with this leading FTSE firm to identify an experienced and confident Benefits & Payroll Administrator to join a fantastic Compensation & Benefits team and take responsibility for all administration duties across their benefits portfolio including the internal communications and promotion of the benefits to the 3000 strong UK employee population. While this role is predominantly a benefits administration role, the Benefits & Payroll Administrator will also need to have proven experience of administering payrolls including manual calculations & adjustments, P11Ds etc since the position will dovetail into this team and they will be given responsibility for administering a couple of the smaller payrolls in the wider business. This would be fantastic opportunity for someone who has an interest in further developing skills in this area. The position will be a busy and engaging one and give the individual broad visibility across a large employee population within a complex FTSE organisation. Solid experience administering a broad portfolio of benefit products within a large organisation Experience of administering payrolls including manual calculations & adjustments Excellent written and verbal communications are essential along with a creative mind for the responsibilities around internal communications. Intermediate to advanced level MS Excel skills are essential as is a strong attention to detail A "can-do", proactive attitude & approach to work with the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently will be required.
