Overview

Motor Finance Customer Success Advisor - London Working for an established UK bank within their motor finance division, based in London city centre. Reporting to the head of the Motor Finance, you'll be responsible for 1st line customer service provision; managing relationships, queries and grievances with broker partners across the UK. Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. Key Responsibilities: You'll supervise the collection and service of motor finance agreements via broker partners, driving a culture of continuous improvement. Answer customer enquiries in a helpful and efficient manner that reflects the banks dedication to exceptional levels of customer service Oversee customer complaints process to ensure complaints are handled effectively and in line with Bank policy Ensure customer account records are maintained accurately and investigate and repair any discrepancies Carry out quality assurance checks on customer files and carry out feedback and training to colleagues where necessary Develop and document policies and procedures which will enhance efficiency and the customer experience Person Requirements: Experience working in a customer service role; experience working for a finance lender or broker would be ideal but will consider candidates from fleet or automotive dealership related backgrounds.
