Overview
Experienced Motor Fleet Advisor is needed for a newly created role assisting the Fleet Manager, managing all services around the car fleet for a nation firm within their central London HQ. As well as proactively managing & controlling the car fleet, you'll be the first point of contact for all queries, managing contracts, providing advice, looking at policies & procedures. It's an exciting opportunity for a Motor Fleet Advisor in this newly created role Motor Fleet Advisor / Car Fleet Coordinator: Managing external fleet provider Assisting the Fleet Manager on all issues, authorities and correspondence Point of contact for employees and Directors for information, or resolution of disputes and issues, where Fleet Manager are unable to assist Approving documentation i.e. car order forms, maintenance schedules, manufacturer terms, termination requests etc Feed Fleet Manager with changes/starters/leavers to ensure car requirements are met Review, distribution and management of incoming correspondence in relation to the car fleet and drivers i.e. prosecution notices, invoices Review end of contract charges Ensure robust policies, standards, systems and processes are in place. Ensuring the delivery of a cost effective, timely and compliant vehicle fleet Providing specialist advice to influence decision-making and develop solutions Regularly reviewing contract rates, mileage pooling analysis and manufacture model changes Quarterly reporting on the car fleet operations Updates and advisory correspondence to drivers, Management, HR etc Receive and review industry specific information, news and research Review policies and processes annually Manage and maintain accident and risk logs Experienced Motor Fleet Advisor is needed for a newly created role assisting the Fleet Manager, managing all services around the car fleet for a nation firm within their central London HQ.
