The Job The Customer Experience Advisor will be responsible for managing mailboxes, supporting customers and answering all types of customer queries. You will lead the initial development of Customer relationships and collaborate across functions to successfully to help achieve Customer Service level targets The Focus Your focus will be to deliver "best in class" performance levels in the following areas: Customer relationship building Customer journey optimisation Call management Billing - getting it right first time Complaints management The successful candidate will possess: Customer relationship management qualities Experience of operating in a Customer Service environment A track record of delivery Customer experience improvement for your customers A track record of operating with a strong team work ethic A commercial mind-set focused on delivering outstanding customer A positive attitude, willingness and ambition Due to a very high number of applications we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
