Overview
Sales Manager / Business Development Manager required to work for our client who are a leading Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning company based in Luton. Due to the continued success and growth of the business they now require a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join the Sales Division. The Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will develop the sales of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning service and maintenance contracts to predominantly End Users as well as Consultant and Contractors within a 50-mile radius of Luton but travel further afield may be required depending on the business needs and opportunities that arise. The Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will be field based attending sites with clients carrying out site surveys and dealing with any questions or quires that they may have, as well as working from the office where you will be occupied within the sales team building quotes, booking client visits, and working on business development this would be managed by winning new business and re tendering existing service agreements. Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Position Overview Selling HVAC Service and Maintenance contract to predominantly End Users as well as Consultant and Contractors. Carrying out site surveys and producing quotes for service and maintenance packages. Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Position Requirements Experience selling HVAC Service and Maintenance solutions to Contractors, Consultants but predominantly to End Users Technical ability to carry out site surveys to effectively produce a quote which can be delivered to the client.
