Administrator Salary £19,000 Full time Monday to Friday 0845-1715 Excellent Benefits This role is based to Knaresborough, easily accessible from Harrogate and York The Role Responsible for responding to incoming customer enquiries, both on the telephone and via email, delivering advice on product selection, processing orders and liaising with customers carriers on deliveries. Nature & Scope · Dealing with customer queries · Liaising with sales, operations and accounts department · Issuing credits to accounts · Provide support to the Operations and Sales team ensuring full customer satisfaction · Ensure the efficient processing of customer orders · Provide accurate/timely communications to customers regarding their orders and enquiries · Effectively handle customer complaints and ensure timely responses to such complaints Key Accountabilities · Ensuring customer issues are dealt with in timely manner · Offering outstanding customer service always · Speaking to customers on the telephone · Offer alternative products if the stipulated one is not available · Understanding the product and delivering product advice, guiding selection and usage · Attendance at training courses · Becoming a contact for specialist technical queries · To ensure that orders are processed efficiently and effectively · Responsible for checking orders are inputted accurately on the system Required Skills and Qualifications · Basic PC, including Microsoft Office · Attention to detail and accuracy · Ability to work to strict deadlines · Proactive approach · Clear communicator · Use of carrier tracking systems via internet Due to the volume of applications we receive if you have not heard from the managing consultant within 1 week please assume you have not been short listed.
