Installations Customer Service Advisor / Administrator required in Knaresborough, near Harrogate, North Yorkshire. £19K Full Time Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.15. Working in a Customer Service team, you will be responsible for the resourcing and scheduling of Product Surveys and Installations, dealing with customers and fitters. Responding to incoming customer enquiries, both on the telephone and via email, delivering advice on products, processing orders and liaising with customers, manufacturing, fitters and carriers. Customer Service Administrator Candidate Requirements: Basic PC, including Microsoft Office Attention to detail and accuracy Fulfillment/Resourcing experience. Ability to work to strict deadlines Proactive approach Clear communicator Use of carrier tracking systems via internet Ability to think outside the box The Customer Service Role: Scheduling of fitters surveys and installation appointments Ensuring that all quotes are chased to increase conversion rate of quote to sales Liaising with sales, manufacturing, and fitters to ensure agreed SLA’s are adhered to Ensure the efficient processing of customer quotes and orders, ensuring adherence to SLA’s Provide accurate/timely communications to customers regarding their orders, enquiries and installations Effectively handle customer complaints and ensure timely responses to such complaints Offering outstanding customer service at all times Speaking to customers on the telephone Understanding the product range and delivering product advice, guiding selection and usage Attendance at training courses Becoming a contact for specialist technical queries To ensure that orders are processed efficiently and effectively Responsible for checking orders are inputted accurately on the system This is a great opportunity to work for a growing company, offering excellent long term career prospects.
