Overview
Due to substantial growth, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join our Knaresborough based client on a temporary to permanent contract. We are keen to hear from candidates with strong administrative background with strong organisational skills and administrative excellence to support the busy office and field team. You will ensure the sales, marketing, dispatch, and warehouse functions are able to work seamlessly and optimally so that all functions interact and link. You will co-ordinate and assist the department heads in delivering business goals. Main Job Responsibilities: Put in place processes and review these on a regular basis to continuously improve office productivity, produce sales reports, stock reports, produce stock forecasts, ensure customer performance graphs are up to date. Organise stock deliveries, liaising with suppliers to ensure forecast orders are timely placed and confirmed in line with demand. Manage stock lines so any issues are communicated early and any disruption to sales is minimised and marketing are aware in order to alter promotion. They will work with the supplier to remedy any stock issues. Report any staff or management issues to the Managing Director and be their eyes and ears and will ensure SOPs and processes are optimised, implemented and adhered to and will act as a liaison. Demonstrate skill with databases and spreadsheets is important and being a multi-tasker able to organise and optimise their time and others and to carry out multiple tasks simultaneously. Assist in annual appraisals on an organisational and administrative level and also produce letters and seek answers to the MDs requests. Ensure provision and purchase of all equipment and office stationary and organise team meeting, business and social. Liaise with the book keeper and collate and provide summarised sales information for accounts. Work with their colleague who will responsible for order processing and dealing with consumer administrative enquiries and support them in their role The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
