Overview
Technical Support Analyst - 20-25k - Central Bath An excellent opportunity for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to join one of Bath’s leading software houses. The role is heavily technical and will involve installations, upgrades, integrations and general support of bespoke software applications. The position will join a small internal support department who ultimately have responsibility to ensure software is up and running smoothly for over 400 clients. You will have exposure to a range of technical environments, including networks and servers on-site, cloud hosted environments, and dealing with 3rd party IT support companies. The company are based in Central Bath, within easy reach of Bath Spa train station, and have consistently won awards for their software packages. The ideal candidate will have the following skills or experience: Experience installing / supporting bespoke software packages Confident across a variety of network / server infrastructures Dealing with 3rd party integrations General remote client technical support Excellent communication and problem solving skills To apply or for further information, get in touch with the team at Granite Consulting.
