Technical Manager for a Luxury 5 Star Hotel and Spa in Bath Our Client: An amazing opportunity has arisen for an individual to oversee the Engineering team of this luxury 5 Star hotel. This outstanding 5 star hotel in Bath has contacted Goldenkeys and is looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join their property! This role will oversee 8 members of the Engineering team and will oversee 100 bedrooms, 7 meeting rooms, 2 bars, a restaurant and a spa. Salary & Benefits: * Outstanding basic salary of 50,000! * 4 weeks holiday + 8 bank holidays! * Amazing staff discounts and a wealth of benefits Responsibilities: * Maintaining outstanding standards throughout the property * Oversee both the strategic and operational side of the engineering team * You are a great leader and strive to develop and motivate the team * You are a passionate role model, displaying explicit knowledge and awareness of standards * You will have the ability to remain calm taking logical decisions and immediate actions The Individual: * The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a Maintenance Manager/Technical Manager/Chief Engineer role within a 5 star environment * Relevant experience of working within boutique 4/5 star hotels * The capability to manage multiple projects * Working alongside the hotel exec team you will have a proactive approach in your work to Goldenkeys Recruitment is a leading recruitment company and consultancy providing quality and experienced staff in all disciplines to the hospitality industry.
