Overview
How would you like to work for one of the busiest and successful North East Construction Company? My client is looking for an experienced Civils General Foreman for an upcoming project in Northumberland. Previous experince working on a Leisure project is requried for this role as well as exposure to Civil Engineering. Duties: Receiving, understanding and discussing projects with the Project Manager prior to starting a contract. Responsible for the distribution of labour on site to the appropriate tasks, monitoring operatives and ensuring quality of works and timekeeping. Reporting progress and issues to the Project Manager. Liaising with site management. Good timekeeping. Playing an important team leading role while undertaking work yourself. Requirements: 5 years experience Ability to read technical documents, specifications and drawings Ability to communicate on site in a good manner Ability to work both as part of a small team or unsupervised Current and valid CSCS card (preferably Blue Card) Own PPE (personal protection equipment) required Please give Jacob a call in our Newcastle office on: Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
