We’re looking for a brilliant Property Manager who can hit the ground running and play a key role in helping our client’s office in Nottingham City Centre to manage their portfolio of properties and continue to deliver their renowned high level of customer service. If you’re determined, a great problem solver, confident, optimistic, enthusiastic, organised, conscientious, have high standards and a great work ethic, please apply Responsible for: Viewings Booking Viewings and market appraisals Tenant Applications Looking after your own portfolio of properties Section 21 Notices Inspections Inventories Check In’s / Out’s Diary Management & Compliance Maintenance scheduling Liaison with Landlord & Tenants to book Maintenance Ensuring all compliance is up to date including: Gas Safety PAT Maintenance Tenant & Landlord Contracts Salary- £20,000 Car £2,500 Bonus
