Overview
My client is an upwardly mobile Legal 500 practice in Nottingham featured in chambers directory. Coming in at ideally 3-6 years PQE you will have the support of colleagues who are more advanced than you in terms of experience but also you'll work alongside colleagues who are still learning their trade. You can expect to advise on commercial property sales and purchases, developments, landlord and tenant issues on behalf of both landlords and tenants, housing association matters, commercial leases, reorganisations, banking and insolvency matters. You can also expect to work with a range of clients, some of whom will come into your path as the result of cross-selling which is actively pursued by the firm. They could be large organisations, small to medium-size enterprises, high net worth individuals or public sector organisations. Here you can expect to find a rewarding caseload and a rewarding environment in which to work in. Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area.
