Overview
Job Role: Collections Officer Location: Nottingham City Centre Pay rate: £9.30ph Hours: 37.5 hours Harper Recruitment Group are proud to be working in partnership with a local not-for-profit organisation. Due to continued success and expansion we are looking for experienced Collections Officers to join their City Centre headquarters. What will the role involve? Answer inbound calls from existing customers on a range of account related billing queries Manage your own work list of customers, with the aim of resolving payment issues with their accounts You will be expected to contact customers who may need assistance with understanding payments, collecting overdue unpaid bills for accounts that have fallen into arrears Preparing statements and issuing bills/correspondence Ultimately, helping the customer, you will clear customer's balances and secure payments Offering an excellent level of service, you may offer to set up payment plans to suit the customer and company About you: You will have a resilient, positive attitude You stay motivated, consistently exceeding standards You can be assertive and confident but polite at all times Although collecting money is key in this role, simultaneously, you are still required to deliver a positive customer experience, so empathy and understanding is a must We have immediate starts available - If you feel you meet all the required specification please submit you CV today for our team to review.
