Collections Advisor / Credit Controller - Needed ASAP, temp ongoing, Nottingham City Centre Your new company A local energy firm based in central Nottingham, are looking to recruit a Collections Advisor / Credit Controller on a temporary ongoing basis. Your new role You will be responsible for: Making outbound and inbound calls to customers to resolve billing queries Setting up payment plans Complete daily billing tasks Analysing accounts Handling some inbound calls to resolve billing issues What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience in a credit or collections role. Experience within the utilities industry is beneficial but not essential. You will need to be confident over the phone and communicating with customers to resolve difficult issues. What you'll get in return You will receive an hourly equivalent of £18,900 per annum on an ongoing temporary basis. There are 3 shift patterns, 8am to 4pm, 10am to 6pm and 12pm to 8pm, working 1 in 3 Saturdays. They are in an excellent city centre location, with easy access to all main public transport options.
