Overview
The permanent division of Macildowie HR are currently working alongside an international organisation in Dunstable to recruit a Reward Business Partner. The Reward Business Partner will receive a salary of up to £50,000 per annum plus a fantastic benefits package including bonus, pension and healthcare. The duties of the Reward Business Partner will include but not be limited to: - Working alongside the reward team to provide the organisation with sound advice relating to pay - Supporting key stakeholders to align their pay structure within their team and create budgets - Working with the organisation to benchmark proposed positions ensuring they are correctly graded and that internal comparisons are maintained. - Supporting the HR Business Partners with sound reward and benefits advice - Working with Senior Reward Management to create, analyse and articulate pay and benefits reports for each client group. - Delivering analysis to key stakeholders through the use of pay and benefit models - Completing key pay and benefits benchmarking exercised to support with decision making - Creating and maintaining strong internal relationships with business unit owners - Supporting with the role out of new business incentives and rewards - Supporting the business with the wellbeing incentives and ensuring it remains a key initiative to engage employees - Collaborate with key line managers to deliver changes and adaptations to pay and benefits programmes - Ad hoc duties when required To be considered for the position of Rewards Business Partner you must: - Have experience of working within a rewards position previously with strong understanding of policies and activities - Have a broad understanding of HR and reward - Have proven ability of working with key stakeholders previously - Be able to provide sound and accurate rewards advice - Be able to work in a high pressure environment where pace is required - Be a strong communicator - Be able to commute to a business park outside of Central Dunstable Salary and Benefits The successful Rewards Business Partner will receive a salary of up to £50,000 per annum plus a very strong benefits package which includes bonus, pension, healthcare, free onsite parking in Dunstable and other ad hoc benefits.
