Overview
Working for a prestigious retailer based in the Altrincham area. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator to work on a Full time, Temporary basis for the next 4 weeks. This role will involve day to day input of sickness into the system. Previous experience within a Manual Calculations based role with working knowledge of P11d processing would be ideal. This position is paying between £10.00ph to £12.00ph DOE and offers a plush environment to work, free parking and a fantastic team environment. About The Role: · Responsible for a set allocation of payroll heads · Processing of New Starters · Processing of Leaver · Contract Amendments · Processing of Absences · Uploading timesheets on to payroll/ HR system · P45/P46 · Tax code changes · Offering payroll advice and providing a good level of service · Generic Payroll mailbox / P11d Enquiries · Manual calculations; PAYE, NI, Statutory Payments, Pensions, Manual Recalculations Reconciliations; 3rd Party payments, Pensions · P11d processing · A good understand of RTI - FPS/EPS and Apprentice Levy would be an advantage along with working knowledge of salary sacrifice schemes and TUPE transfers · Knowledge sharing and team support Essential Skills & Experience · Must have previous payroll administration experience · Day to day input of sickness would be an advantage · Experience within manual calculations and processing P11d's or full knowledge of the process would be ideal · Previous use of integrated payroll/HR systems would be essential · Experience working with Microsoft, SAP, Opera & Northgate / Resource Link / Zellis would be beneficial · The right candidate will be accurate and able to work well to tight deadlines and enjoy working within a team About The Benefits · Full time working hours, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm · Free Parking · Hourly rate of £10.00ph to £12.00ph DOE · Weekly pay · Easily accessible via public transport · Fantastic team and plush environment To Apply If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV today We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
