Overview
We are currently recruiting for one of the UK's fastest growing digital service providers based in Manchester. They are looking to appoint a Business Strategy Analyst to support their M&A function. You will be performing due diligence, financial modelling and investment appraisals to support business acquisitions. Key responsibilities include: Focusing on "Buy side" M&A activities such as financial modelling, identifying challenges & risks, due diligence, insight, etc Develop and implement an investment appraisals process to support decision making Lead the preparation of key documents and reports to support acquisitions including investment memorandums and integration plans Preparation of presentations including strategy presentations and Board reporting Support the SMT in making commercial decisions by preparing financial insights and thorough analysis of potential acquisitions Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes To be considered for this role you will be ACA qualified from a top 10 practice and ideally looking for your first industry role where you can have a significant impact on an ever-expanding business.
