Overview

Installations / Scheduling Administrator - maternity cover - 23K Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to receive installations orders from the company's sales team, arrange necessary site visits, order equipment and schedule engineers. Value of the installations vary from £1000 to £250,000. Duties include: Receiving all new installation orders. Ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are arranged for each job, liaising with customers, suppliers, engineers, project engineers, etc Order and monitor the use of all hire equipment ensuring speedy and efficient 'off hiring' and return. Receive and action all customer calls relating to the installation and service of the company's products. Produce engineers' daily worksheets. Ensure that all administration, filing, etc is kept up to date on a daily basis. The successful candidate will: Be an excellent administrator Have a confident, enthusiastic, positive telephone manner Able to motivate engineers to achieve their objectives Ability to multi-task Aptitude for the technical nature of the business Be constantly looking at the detail to ensure everything is done The successful candidate should be experienced and competent in MS Office, including Excel and should be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a busy office environment. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 0830 to 1700 and is paying £23K. This role is maternity cover (52 weeks).
