Overview
Junior Mechanical Engineer needed within a prestigious educational institute based within the Reading Your new company You will be working for a prestigious educational institute based in reading on a permanent contract and will be working a variety of commercial properties. Your new role As a junior mechanical engineer, you will be working within a professional maintenance team and will be required to work on reactive and planned preventative maintenance within the property. You will also be required to perform daily plant room checks and support engineers on site. This position is 8-4 including call outs. Training will be provided for certain aspects of maintenance and mechanical qualifications. What you'll need to succeed To succeed within this role, you will need experience working within a maintenance environment and have previous knowledge of mechanical aspects. You will also need to drive as call outs are required. What you'll get in return You will receive a permanent salary between £24,000-£27,000 depending on experience.
