The Client City Elite are delighted to be working with a City of Lonodn based international bank, helping them source Real Estate specialists in a relationship support function. The Job To assist and support Real Estate Relationship Managers in progressing new real estate transactions, facility amendments and extensions through to completion. Daily administration and monitoring of existing portfolio of real estate facilities including regular liaison with clients, client administrators, external lawyers, project monitors and valuers, ensuring compliance with all Bank policies and procedures.
