Overview

This is a Quality Technician role working 8:45am-5:15pm Monday-Friday. The role is based in Swansea although there may be some required travel. This is a temporary role for 2/3 months and will involve working on small term projects for the client. Responsibilities: Develop, Implement, Maintain and Improve the Quality Management. Build and maintain credible relationships with cross functional partners from across the broaderOrganisation. Ensure adequate processes and procedures aligned to applicable GxP regulations and Quality policy arein place and in use for all GxP related activities. Provide expert Quality opinion and recommendations to Senior Management should challenges arise. Manage and Oversee Product and Process Deviations/Non-conformance Investigations whilst promoting the use of RCA tools to uncover most probable root cause. Track and trend CAPAs resulting from Non Conformances, Deviations and Audit findings against agreedtimelines. Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System. Monitor GMP activity through GEMBAs and the company Internal Audit Program Maintain abreast of Regulatory requirements pertaining to both Cosmetics and Food Products. Coordinate and deliver GMP educational programs to maintain a high level of GMP competency withinthe business Gather, analyze and manage quality related data through the generation of KPIs and trending activity. Manage relationships with competent authorities, suppliers and customer bases. Provide Quality expertise in support of any new product innovations/business growth plans To manage Supplier Quality Improvement Programs, to drive results at suppliers through continuousimprovement projects and process audits. Report on supplier performance against agreed criteria Skills/Experience: Experience in a Senior Quality role interacting with Senior Leaders/Stakeholders. Background in Cosmetic, Food, Pharmaceutical or Food Supplement Labs/Manufacturing/Packaging. Extensive experience of Quality Systems, Quality Control and Product Lifecycle Management. Understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools and Investigational report writing. Good communication skills & ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Proven track record of leading process improvements within a regulated environment. Ability to critically evaluate data & apply reasoning to resolve or propose a solution. Assertive and Influential with the ability to bring others to your way of thinking. Commercial awareness with the ability to see the bigger picture. People Management Skills. IT literate with experience in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint Education: Degree in appropriate subject, or equivalent experience within a Quality Role.
