Overview
Our client, a consultancy firm, is looking for a Team Assistant/ Senior Admin to join their Central London office for 5 months. We are looking for a proactive individual with previous PA/ Team assistant experience. You will be managing the diary of a team of 12 - individual diary management will be kept minimal. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a hybrid role. You will oversee admin, team assistant and office manager duties. The team is friendly and the offices are really central and easily accessible from anywhere. The role: - Supporting the team with general admin - Diary management for the team - Booking venues for external meetings and team breakfasts - Arranging catering - Managing the team’s workload rota and holiday spreadsheet - Producing reports, tracking forecast and budget - Assisting the team with drafting letters and documents - Managing stationery and purchase orders - Liaising with IT services - Travel arrangement The requirements: - 1 years’ PA or team assistant experience required - Previous experience working with budget and forecasting required - Engineering background desirable - Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office pack - Excel in particular N.B: For this role Angela Mortimer is acting as an employment business.
