Overview
Are you an experienced Head of Service looking for your next opportunity? Badenoch & Clark is currently recruiting for a Head of Service on behalf of a large London based Care & Support provider. As Head of Service you will be responsible for the successful operation of YP and Homelessness contracts across London. Principle duties will include: Working with direct reports, driving business planning activities and service improvement plans specialist services Demonstrating excellent financial acumen at all times, ensuring that direct reports construct and manage budgets effectively to maintain their financial viability and contribute to organisational overheads as required Successfully leading and motivating your direct reports to ensure the championing and maintenance of a positive local culture across your patch Ensuring that direct reports are delivering effective, professional and commercially focused briefings and supervision meetings with staff as required Developing key strategic and business relationships with all relevant customers/external parties The successful candidate for this role will ideally hold previous senior management experience operationally leading contracts supporting YP and Homelessness clients.
