Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact. We are delighted to be working alongside well known and rewarding company to help support them with their continuing growth as we look to recruit multiple Customer Service Advisors who will be placed in three of their ever growing teams based within their contact centre in Buckinghamshire. Working on shift patterns Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 to 18:00. The role of a Customer Service Advisor within this organisation will be to take responsibility for providing excellent customer service and being at the forefront of dealing with customer orders. This will be through various methods of inbound and outbound activity while embracing the company's core values through service and support to both customers and clients. There will be administrative duties to coincide and support customers with day to day queries. Within some of the roles there will be face to face customer contact also, so a professional manner and confidence is key.
