Overview
Customer Support Administrator Permanent £18,00 - £20,000pa Aylesbury Immediate Start Customer Support Administrator required for an Aylesbury based company. Overall purpose of the Role. To liaise with existing customers and process their orders onto the order system ensuring that they are shipped in a timely manner to satisfy their demand. Also to ensure that stock levels are above their minimum level by placing purchase orders on the appropriate manufacturing site. Main Duties The main functions that you will be responsible for are liaising and receiving orders from the customer base and entering them onto the system. Sending out Order Acknowledgments to the customers advising of Delivery Date. Working closely with the warehouse sending all the shipping documentation to them for invoicing & despatch If required forwarding the tracking number to the customers. Processing and shipping sample requests. Raising Credit Note Requests for price queries, Monitoring the sales order book and re-acknowledging orders if required. Maintain other Customer Service KPIs as required. Other Requirements GCSE: English & Maths grade C and above IT Skills: Good Knowledge of Word and Excel
