Overview
The Company A hugely successful business who provide services to professional workers, are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focussed Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team. They actively encourage progression in the business and this role has been created due to an internal movement. The Role Working within a busy, dynamic team, you are the first point of contact for all enquiries coming in to the business from your customer base, both on telephone and email. You will also actively contact new customers and introduce the business products and services to them, ensuring they know how it works. This is a great opportunity to progress your customer service career within a growing business who can offer a genuine career path. About You Ideally you will have customer service office based experience, working in a busy phone based role. Great communication skills with an excellent telephone manner. IT literate; able to use MS Office and pick up new systems. Strong team player. Package on offer £19-21k DOE plus other benefits. Please note this will be a deferred start date and you cannot join the business until office working returns.
