Overview
Commercial Insurance Solicitor - Bristol An top 50 law firm is currently seeking a Commercial Insurance Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (ideally between 0-4 years PQE) to join its expanding team in Bristol. The role will involve running a case-load of both Claimant and Defendant matters, including Multi Track subrogated property damage claims resulting from various perils (including fire, water, explosions and collisions) and product liability and policy coverage matters. Previous litigation experience is essential. A background in property damage work would be advantageous. However, my client will consider candidates with other types of commercial litigation backgrounds or candidates who can demonstrate that they have the ability to deal with high value and complex matters.
