Overview
We are currently recruiting for Finishing Operative, for a client based in Gainsborough. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, £9.51 per hour. The shift pattern is rotating pattern of 6am-2pm for a week, 10pm-6am for a week and then 2pm-10pm for a week. The shifts are all Monday to Friday. The role includes setting up the machine from customer specifications, conducting regular quality checks and checking colour is correct on the product, some of these products may be on a reel and other will be in batches. The successful candidate will have background knowledge of working in a finishing operative or machine operative role and have knowledge of following customer specifications.
