Finishing foreman / Manager

Finishing Foreman/Manager - Maidstone - 4/5 bed houses, Permanent role. Immediate need, Kent based client Your new company An Established Kent based contractor with Projects across the Kent region now seek an experienced finishing manager to join the project team for a flagship scheme in Maidstone. the project is a residential housing scheme consisting of 150 units, with approx 18 months left to run. Future sites will be of a similar sized in the Kent area. This is a rare opportunity to join a well respected business on a permanent basis. Your new role you will be working as an internals manager reporting to a senior site manager, working as part of a management team of 4 you will be responsible for taking units from 1st fix through to cml handover. The units are a mix of social and private. You will be responsible for generating the relevant snagging lists/reports and ensuring the relevant subcontractors are con-ordinated to respond. You will be computer literate and comfortable using a tablet/phone/laptop and the relevant snagging programs. What you'll need to succeed You will need a trades background and have worked as a finishing manager/internals manager previous. A stable background would be preferred but experienced freelancers looking to go perm due to IR35 changes will also be considered. The role and all future sites will be Kent based, You will hold a valid CSCS card and ideally First Aid / SMSTS although the later are not essential What you'll get in return Competitive Salary/package and stability of work and location of work, Rare Permanent opportunity on the finishing side.
