Overview

Our client, a successful and forward-thinking organisation is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to work within the finance team, supporting clients, account executives and account managers. Candidates must be able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment and be extremely comfortable using databases for tasks and record keeping (ideally Sales Force) as well as being highly competent with MS Office. Duties include:- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders Reviewing customer orders Completing on-line portals Resolving issues raised Ensuring T&Cs are clarified and recorded Entering live bookings into the system and live contracts into back office Liaising with Accounts Receivable General office management duties This is one-year contract with the possibility of a permanent job upon completion.
