I am now welcoming applications for Senior Employment Solicitors for an opportunity based in Leeds working for a top 20 international firm. Candidates should be at least 5 years PQE with sound technical skills and tribunal experience. Salary will be dependent on experience and the right candidate. Working for both employers and employees, you will be covering the full range of employment policies and procedures; the remit is huge, and you can be assured of a diverse case load. Underlining all of this will be first class service levels that are delivered consistently. Your work will include employment contracts, redundancy settlements, grievances and disciplinary hearings, unfair dismissal and employment tribunal claims. You will be a highly experienced Employment Solicitor who can work unsupervised. Expected of you is the skill and desire to develop business and market the Employment department.
