Providing your services for a global technology firm, this is surely an impressive role to consider for any professional The Role Overall responsibility of the solution from inception to completion, your technical skills, knowledge, attention to detail and sheer commitment will be pushed to their limit in this challenging role. As a Technical Professional Services Consultant you are expected to be well acquainted with DELL EMC Data Protection Suite. When delivering the tailored solution it is expected you are familiar with the packages: Networker, Networker Virtual Edition, Avamar, Avamar Virtual Edition, Data Domain, DP Central, DP Search and DP Advisor. You will be a solutions partner for the prospective client, offering guidance and recommendations of the best possible products for their system after analysing and identifying the needs of the clients infrastructure and project deliverables. You will also provide onsite/remote support as well as giving technical support during the project life cycle, working closely with project managers to ensure a smooth and successful operation. Your expertise and navigation through an extremely competitive and very technical market place will help the client realise their full potential.
