Hotel Manager - £30k plus profit related bonus - 18 room boutique hotel - approx 12 mins drive from Eastbourne Hotel We have recently been renovated and updated our 18-room boutique hotel with a new bar and restaurant all finished to the highest standard. Experience We are looking for a professional, customer focused Hotel Manager to oversee the hotel operations and be responsible for a team. Responsibilities include: managing personnel a team of 12 including reception, kitchen staff, bar and cleaning staff, collecting payments and maintaining budgets, funds and expenses, monitoring budgets and evaluating hotel performance, provide monthly profit and loss accounts, partake in financial activities including room rates, setting budgets and assigning funds to departments, resolve issues, work with marketing to apply marketing strategy to promote hotel, ensuring compliance with health and safety rules, monitor employee performance. You need to have: A minimum of 4 year's experience in hotel management or a similar role Strong understanding of hotel management and best practices Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills Exceptional leaderships skills and great attention to detail. Be able to drive sales and operations strategy. Have a proven track record. Be approachable and professional at all times.
