Head Chef - Boutique Hotel - £27k to £30K plus tips plus profit related bonus - approx 12 mins drive from Eastbourne The Hotel We are an 18 bedroom boutique hotel which has recently been renovated to the highest standard and we are looking for a new Head Chef to join our team. Experience Looking for an experienced Head Chef to run a brigade of 3 within a 60 cover restaurant. All fresh food experience, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. You need to have previous Head Chef experience in an all fresh food kitchen within a high class hotel or restaurant. You need to be calm, professional and enjoy coaching/mentoring a bridge. Have experience of menu planning, rotas, costings, GPs, stock control. Have excellent communications skills and high standards.
