Deputy Manager - Revolucion de Cuba - Revolucion de Cuba Reading Salary £27,000 - £31,000 30% bonus Revolucion de Cuba is looking for an enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join the team and help lead this great site and brand to success. As a Deputy Manager within our business, you will be given your own KPI's and personalized development plan. You will have been in an Assistant Manager role for at least 12 months. Ideally, you will have controlled sales volumes of over 20k and had experiences within the food side of the business, as well as late night. You must have evidence of delivering great hospitality and impeccable standards. The Revolucion de Cuba brand is totally unique. Designed around great food, proper drinks, live music and loads of salsa, we are dedicated to keeping the heat up long after the sun has gone down and carrying on until it rises again. Our food is a melting pot and fusion of flavours from Spain, Mexico, and South America, cooked up in dishes inspired by the backstreet bars of Havana.
