Contact Centre Agent

A fixed term role (6 months) in our Customer Service Call Centre as a "Contact Centre Agent". This role is an evolution of our Call Centre Customer Service Advisor. The main changes being that the agents will now deal with all customers via any means by which they have contacted us. In bound telephone calls, emails, letters, web chat. It's a career The role has a starting salary of £19K and there is a transparent career path in place culminating in a senior agent position at a salary of £24K. Who are we looking for We are looking for an individual who has had previous experience in a busy dynamic call centre environment, an automotive one would be an advantage, with an track record in excellent customer service. Someone who can multi task and adapt to a fast pace ever changing environment. A keen eye for detail with great observation and listening skills. Good computer literacy and an understanding of the importance of policies and procedures.
