Customer Service Advisor - Inbound Call Centre/ Contact Centre Advisor Full Time/ 6 Months Contract Salary: £19k (potential to increase salary after successfully completing qualifications) Location: Redhill, Surrey YOU Personnel Ltd have an excellent opportunity for an INBOUND Call Centre Advisor to join a fantastic and supportive organisation in Redhill. Duties include: Delivering a high standard of Customer Service over the telephone - approximately 75 inbound calls per day. NO SALES Provide an efficient service for customer queries ensuring that enquiries are managed in line with company policy and procedures Respond to customers and third parties, including complaint handling Administrative duties including email, letters and webchat Previous Experience: Previous call centre experience - either inbound or outbound and be confident when handling high-volume calls Track record in delivering excellent customer services Excellent IT/administration skills Understanding of compliance and working to policies/ procedures Good telephone manner and listening skills GCSE Level A - C grades including Maths and English Attention to detail This position is offered as a 6-month contract YOU Personnel is an independent Recruitment Agency.
