Overview
Contact Centre Agent Location: Redhill, Surrey Part Time - two days a week. Ideally Monday and Friday Salary: Starting £19k pro rata excellent benefits Potential to increase salary to £24k pro rated YOU Personnel Ltd have an excellent opportunity for a Call Centre/ Customer Service Advisor to join a fantastic organisation, working in lovely offices in Redhill. If you wish to utilise your customer service skills and pursue a career in finance this is the role for you. Duties include: Delivering a high standard of Customer Service over the telephone - inbound calls only - no sales Provide an efficient service for customer queries ensuring that enquiries are managed in line with company policy and procedures Respond to customers and third parties, including complaint handling Administrative duties including email, letters and webchat Previous Experience: Previous call centre experience - either inbound or outbound and be confident when handling high-volume calls Track record in delivering excellent customer services Excellent IT/ administration skills Understanding of compliance and working to policies/ procedures Good telephone manner and listening skills GCSE Level A - C grades including Maths and English Attention to detail This role offers excellent progression and the opportunity to gain financial qualifications which will be rewarded with an increase in salary and to a senior agent position.
