PMO Benefits Manager Guildford PMO Benefits Manager needed for a multinational organisation based in Surrey who are looking to employ an experienced PMO Benefits Manager with an in-depth knowledge of embedding a Benefit Realisation framework at an enterprise level. The successful PMO Benefits Manager will have a history of gaining buy-in for schemes and an ability to win hearts and minds of key stakeholders. Some of the main duties of the PMO Benefits Manager will include: Managing and embedding benefits framework. Ensuring managers and key stakeholders adopt and enforce benefits framework across all projects. Ensuring benefits framework is focused around data controls, reporting and quantitative metrics. In order to be the successful PMO Benefits Manager and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following: Experience of defining / implementing how business tracks benefit realisation within previous PMO position. Experience gaining buy-in at an enterprise level for schemes ideally a benefit realisation framework. Experience of Financial Services or Insurance essential.
