Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to joining our client on the outskirts of Aylesbury towards Bicester. They are looking for a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Executive fluent in English, German / French to join their busy contact centre. The role will provide full training as well as monthly bonus on top of your annual salary. The Role: Providing and maintaining high levels of customer service Providing customers with product knowledge and help resolve queries they have Working with various teams internally and out in the field. i.e. booking engineers, liaising with technical support, finance teams etc Achieve individual KPI's and team/company targets About You: Fluent German Or French Excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Packages
