Overview
Commercial Finance Broker My client are an established and well-known commercial finance broker. They have done fantastically well over the past few years and have grown from strength to strength. They are currently looking for a commercial finance broker to build relationships with customers, brokers, introducers and other lenders in order to assist businesses with their commercial finance needs. Products will range from mortgages, invoice finance, asset finance and business loans. The role of The Commercial Finance Broker: We’re looking for a driven finance professional who wants to progress, build a name for themselves and the business and help other businesses grow. You will work across multiple product areas with commercial businesses requiring a range of different commercial lending products. Responsibilities of the Commercial Finance Broker: To source new business through a range of key business introducers, across products including mortgages, business loans, invoice and asset finance To ensure that all new business is reviewed within the agreed service levels and according to agreed mandate levels, KPIs, policies and procedures Request and chase necessary references, credit searches, quotations, valuations etc when required To minimize the risk to the business, lenders and the applicant with a strong focus on fraud avoidance Proactively manage a pipeline of cases Provide all stakeholders with accurate case updates at all points in the process To provide a high level of customer service at all stages of an application Requirements of the Commercial Finance Broker Previous commercial banking experience Ability to manage a large case load Experience of dealing with brokers and third parties PC skills including MS Excel and Word Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and to targets Strong planning and problem-solving skills Offer excellent customer service to all customers and clients Why Should You Apply? · A fantastic, developing business with some fantastic relationships across the UK · Opportunity to progress and develop new skills and be the first member of a brand-new team · Excellent earning potential
