Overview
SQL,Python, Customer Insights, Media, Insights, BSc or equivalent degree in a STEM subject, mathematics, statistics or economics,marketing analytics, predictive modelling, regression, clustering, segmentation, Machine Learning. ML. Our client who is a leading marketing analytics agency based in London our looking for a Data Scientist to join their marketing and analytics team. The role: experience with SQL, and creating and managing MySQL databases, and good understanding of database design experience with R, python (or similar languages) to transform data into desired aggregations experience using Excel (quick data manipulation) and PowerPoint (to present data) experience working in an AWS environment, such as with S3 buckets and Redshift databases an eye for detail a knack for investigating and solving challenging data and reporting challenges as well as acting as a consultant to the clients a positive, can-do attitude with a thirst to continually learn new things an ability to work independently and collaboratively with a wide range of teams (analytics, technology, client services, operations) an interest in media, advertising and marketing You will need to have: BSc or equivalent degree in a STEM subject; mathematics, statistics or economics agency or client-side marketing analytics experience Excellent understanding of advanced statistical techniques such as Machine Learning ANOVA, SEM, predictive modelling - both classification and regression (especially for MMM), and clustering/segmentation. Significant experience in using statistical analysis and data manipulation tools such as R, Python, and SQL. Understand the importance of data quality and accuracy, with extensive experience.
